Approximately 200 shop floor associates manufacture ultra high efficient HVAC equipment, including residential and large commercial units. Our manufacturing processes go beyond industry standards as we continually improve our processes to assure the highest level of quality including the shortest lead-times in the industry. We identify the trends and integrate those which support the level of customer satisfaction. The process of Lean Manufacturing, which will include the reduction of excess inventory, scrap, and overall waste is ongoing. BOSCH acknowledges the high importance of a lean environment with the Bosch Production System (BPS), the certification to ISO 9001 and introduction of new problem solving methods.
